Key Responsibilities


Supply Chain Coordinator (SCC) provides internal and external stakeholders with excellent service by making sure Arizona Chemical delivers the correct product in the right quantity, in the right packaging, to the designated place at the exact time, to the correct logistic cost and promoting green logistics.

The function is to enable SAP production confirmation at Oulu plant from Primary Raw Material perspective (availability of CTO/CST for Process Order Confirmation) and support S&OP and Procurement in balancing CTO and Pitch Fuel/Rosin Soap swap, purchasing and sales. Other major responsibilities are to support the Supply Chain Department to focus on the value of process improvements and to take care of both in- and outbound order handling in a timely manner. SCC enables punctual dispatching by working closely with Scheduler, Customer Service, Production, Quality Control and Logistics Service Providers (LSP’s). SCC also has close contact with Accounts Payable regarding invoice handling and month end process.

  • This position provides support to S&OP, Procurement and European Supply Chain team members.
  • Daily contact with Procurement, S&OP, LSP’s, Customer Service and Scheduler for booking transports of Primary Raw Materials (CTO and CST) and Pitch Fuel and Rosin Soap deliveries to customers. Primarily, the additional work tasks are executed in ERP system SAP including freight costs and additional costs related to each order. Keeping books of inbound and outbound deliveries for planning purposes and invoice checking on extra costs etc. in Excel.
  • Investigation and follow up of LSP deviations and finding corrective actions by following Arizona Chemical complaint handling procedures (SCAR), supporting PSCM in CMR complaint investigation.
  • Creating correct sets of documents in order to ensure timely Export and Inbound Customs Clearance, Post Goods Issue for invoicing purposes and to enable smooth Production Order confirmation (CTO balance), smooth Transportation and successful unloading of the goods.

Skills and Experience



  • Bachelor of Business Administration degree or equal.
  • Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Fluent in Russian language
  • Good knowledge of Logistics.
  • Knowledge of ADR- legislation (training provided).
  • Experience in transportation booking.
  • Experience in Customs Clearance.
  • Excellent communication skills. Timely information to all parties in the case of changes to the delivery schedule and / or costs.
  • Good knowledge/experience of SAP.
  • Structured way of working.
  • Ability to handle high pressure and stressful periods.
