Key Responsibilities


Arizona Chemical, a Kraton company, is looking to hire a key member of our European Customer Service Team. The Customer Account Coordinator is responsible for their own customer base and acts as an individual contributor which provides front line support to the department and drives development in the area of systems and processes.

This position is the key driver for process and procedure improvements in customer services and ensures processes are executed optimally. The position will be a project resource and determine improvements and developing supply chain


Major Job Duties:

  • Act as systems and process expert for the Customer Service function
  • Drive performance and improve systems to support the team.
  • Assist the Customer Account Coordinator in resolving issues with systems and SME matters on a day to day basis.
  • Provide training to the Customer Service Team to support the OTC (Order-to-Cash) process
  • Work close with the BPO and BPL to identify and drive improvements
  • Responsible for ensuring all orders are entered and confirmed timely related to customers.
  • Responsible for daily interaction with customers, work closely with account managers and monitor product shipments and ensure on time delivery.
  • Back up colleagues as required


Skills and Experience


  • Degree from accredited university or business school
  • Academic background in (Customer) Services development, or demonstrated experience developing Customer Services in a corporate environment
  • Work experience in manufacturing industry desired
  • SAP experience valuable
  • Analytical experience or education.
