Major Roles & Responsibilities


Kraton is looking to hire a highly motivated and customer-oriented Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of general administrative and specialist support duties for the Kraton Polymers team in Mumbai, India. This role will primarily support the Sales team in achieving and maximizing efficiency and ensuring a smooth flowing process for the team.


Major Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange activities such as meetings, travel (domestic and international – including booking flights, hotel reservations and rental cars), and coordinating participation in conferences and exhibitions.
  • Manage the day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties required in order to support employees based in India.
  • Maintain executive calendars, prepare meeting agendas, and type, design and proofread general correspondence, including memos, charts, tables and graphs. Responsible for mail and courier services.
  • Provide Financial Support including preparing, reconciling and processing invoices and expense reports via SAP for the Kraton Managers.
  • Coordinate arrangements for customers, Kraton Employees and third party company visits including booking of travel, transportation to and from the office, venues, lunches, dinners and conferences.
  • Coordinate the arrival of new employees by ensuring that each employee is set up with company email, user logins, directory access, telecommunication services such as office phones and other IT systems and networks required.
  • Coordinate and dispatching of samples to and from the affiliates

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with an international company.
