Statement on CLP compliance

Arizona Chemical takes the business of regulatory compliance very seriously.  For the implementation Arizona Chemical has appointed a Project Implementation Team, headed up by a board member. The objective of the project is to have CLP compliant MSDSs for classified substances available by December 2010.  For all other un-classified substances the plan is to produce CLP compliant MSDSs in early 2011.  MSDS's for mixtures (classified and unclassified) will be phased in over next couple of years and before the 2015 deadline.
