Changes to Arizona Chemical's European Product Prices

Effective 1st July, Arizona Chemical Europe is increasing prices on the following product lines by the levels indicated:

| Tall Oil Rosin (TOR) & derivatives |

| Terpene Resins |
15% |
These increases are driven by factors that include upturns in costs of raw materials and base chemicals together with additional costs associated with REACH compliance.
