Established in 1930, Arizona Chemical is the leading biorefiner of natural pine-based chemicals. Our mission is to optimize the forest products value chain by transforming pine chemicals from pulp and paper into high-value end products.

Having the largest fractionation and upgrade capacity worldwide, we add value to Crude Tall Oil (CTO) and Crude Sulphate Turpentine (CST), co-products of the wood pulping process to produce paper. CTO and CST are sustainable raw materials that originate from the pine tree.

Our customers operate in many diverse markets including adhesives, inks, coatings, roadmarking, tires & rubber, personal care, lubricants, fuel additives, mining and oilfield. Read more. 

We have over 1,000 employees worldwide and ten manufacturing plants in the US and Europe. Our global sales network covers more than 60 countries. The North American headquarters is in Jacksonville, Florida and the European headquarters in Almere, The Netherlands.
